A Picnic! AND A Giveaway!!

Hi everyone!

Today's picnic is courtesy of my friend Tracy at Ms Bake-it! Awhile back I was the very lucky winner of Tracy's giveaway of a choice of picnic baskets. Poor Miss Tracy, she had a dickens of a time with this basket! She sent it out to me filled with extra goodies and I never got it. Now being the amazing and generous lady that she is, she was determined that I was going to get this picnic basket! She ordered another one, filled it with more goodies and shipped it Fed Ex to me! I can't believe that she went so out of her way and spent so much on this whole giveaway just to make sure I got the picnic basket! But, that is Tracy for you! So, I want to again, thank Tracy for such a wonderful gift!! You rock girl!

Tracy had this basket loaded down with wonderful goodies. Toys and a beautiful sundress for the princess. Snacks and treats for us to enjoy. It was quite a basket to open up!

The Princess and I decided to head to the park and break this basket in!

Here is the beautiful basket.

Even though it was just the two of us, I set it up for four to show you all the pieces.

The flatware is nice and sturdy. No flimsy stuff here!
Real glass stemware. So nice!


The Princess was very patient while I set up everything and took pictures. of course, she was really just enjoying watching the ducks and the boaters heading out to Lake Erie.


The heavy fleece tablecloth is actually a blanket with a heavy vinyl backing and all folds up into it's own case.


Okay, honestly, I really did plan to make a fantastic picnic lunch. But, because things just keeping popping up and I kept delaying this "picnic shoot", I said forget it, we will just grab some food and have a nice time!


Nothing like ice cold A & W rootbeer in nice stemware!
